This wine is part of a crop thinning experiment that we have been conducting with Oregon State University for 10 years. The goal of this study is to determine the influence of crop thinning on the quality and characteristics of the fruit. For this particular block within Carter, we practiced aggressive thinning down to one cluster per shoot. We hope you enjoy this experiment! This wine is exclusive to our club members and not available to the public.
